Our buckwheat flour is milled locally from our home grown groats. It’s high in protein, fibre and iron, as well as a great source of manganese. You can replace wheat flour in the same quantity with no issues in most recipes. Add to that the gluten free and spray free status - perfection! We love our wonderful flour and hope you do too! Enjoy!
