1 ½ cups of buckwheat groats
1 ½ cups of rolled oats
1 cup of sliced almonds
3 Tbsps of maple syrup
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp of coconut oil (melted)
2 tsps of vanilla extract
1 cup of coconut flakes
½ tsp of salt
Method
Oven temp 150C (fan)
You can add any nuts or seeds to this as you wish (add fruit after roasting)
Stir in a bowl – spread evenly on a baking sheet
Cook for 20 minutes until golden then remove from the oven.
Add coconut and return for 10 to 15 minutes
Let cool and store in an air tight jar or container for up to a month.
